1、 Instrument usage
The polarizing hot stage microscope system (polarizing melting point analyzer) is the most commonly used professional experimental instrument for departments such as geology, mineral resources, metallurgy, petrochemicals, chemical fibers, semiconductor industry, drug inspection, and related polymer majors in higher education institutions. Polarization melting point analyzer is widely used for single polarization observation, orthogonal cone light observation, polarization observation, and microscopic photography. It is possible to observe the color change, deformation, and three state transformation of the sample under heating conditions.
The polarizing hot stage detector uses a microcomputer for detection, with automatic P, I, and D adjustment and manual fuzzy adjustment function. The polarizing thermal table measuring instrument displays temperature values through LED and sets the temperature values accurately, clearly, and stably. The polarizing hot stage microscope is equipped with accessories such as mica λ/4 test pieces, quartz wedges, gypsum λ, and a moving ruler. The polarized hot stage microscope video output system can be easily connected to computers and digital cameras, and images can be saved, edited, and printed.
2、 Introduction to Polarized Thermal Stage
The RT-400 precision temperature control hot table is specially developed for the research of polymer materials and nanomaterials, biochemistry, metallurgy, and organic chemistry. Used in conjunction with polarizing microscope. Observe its sublimation, melting, crystallization process and various changes under a microscope. The micro hottable adopts humanized "fool" design, with high degree of automation, simple operation, advanced technology, excellent performance, novel and reliable structure, and is at the leading level in the field of microscopic observation.
The micro thermal stage is composed of two parts: a precision temperature controller and a loading stage. The two parts are connected by a five core cable socket, and the loading stage is placed above the optical microscope loading stage. Especially suitable for use with polarizing microscopes to form a polarizing melting point measurement system.
